I started making sandals in 2013 and quickly became addicted to the freedom + creativity that comes from making my own footwear.  I design and create sandals to reflect my spirit of minimalism, simplicity, comfort, and quality.  I hand select all of my leather from Bay Area vendors, looking for the softest and highest quality leather I can find. Everything is made in my studio at MacArthur Annex in Oakland, CA.  If you would like to see my sandals in person, try them on, and ask questions about the process, I make appointments for studio visits and I hold open studios every second Sunday along with the other folks at the MacArthur Annex studios.

All my sandals are made by hand from start to finish, and are created with the wearer in mind. I cut the leather soles, leather insoles and straps, assemble & fit them to size, sand the edges to finish & shape the sandals, add brass tacks & finishing touches and finally buff & seal the sole edges with a light coating of beeswax. I pay close attention to detail and enjoy the process of creation. Each pair will always be different from the next, which makes them as unique as the wearer.  I also create bespoke sandals that are made to your foot shape, measurements, and design specifications.
